…since they are mostly immobile and can’t help it.  So in the last week or so the following has occurred:  My youngest who broke her left femur last August broke her left foot last Thursday.  We got one of those above ground summer pools.  It came with a ladder and my daughter jumped off it onto the ground instead of the pool, fracturing her foot.  The following Monday my family and I went on a bike ride with some friends.  I was goofing around on a small hill, and teetered back and fell.  In the process I must have slammed my foot on the ground because I bruised the bone in my heel (almost a week and I’m still limping).  Then, Saturday my older daughter completely closed her finger in the car door.   The medical results are still pending a follow up from the doctor today.
